Shmoocon

Shmoocon was this past weekend. From what I’ve heard, it had some good talks as usual. They are working on editing the videos and getting together the presentations of everyone which should be online soon. The talks that seemed to be the most popular was the called “Becoming Jack Flack: Real Life Cloak & Dagger”, and the one by the guys at DIYdrones.com. If I had the money (or the time), I would totally build a UAV. My friend at Embry Riddle has plans underway for a semi-UAV that if successful, would be quite something.
Also, I launched a store on for selling tshirts. The way the site works is that you upload designs and make a store, and then you get a certain royalty from sales but you don’t have to pay anything or do anything to get it printed. I have a friend who does silkscreening that I could probably use to make more and sell them for less, but this is just sort of an experiment at the moment. Anyway, you can check out the ones I made so far here:

The “musical circitry” one is something I made when I was working on the design for this site. I have a couple more variations on the idea of a music staff and a circuit board that I’ll try to get up soon. So go buy a shirt.

Find me on:
